Victoria Hotel Klaipeda

The spa center was superb and my room wasvery comfy and tidy. It exceeded my expectations compared to my previous visits in klaipeda.

the bathroom had no heating.

The hotel had an exceptionally nice location steps away from Square of Resurrection. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe. Stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave there, I will come back.

Cannot find any fault.

The stay was perfect 10/10. The accommodation was fabulous with professional and excellent staff. We appreciated having breakfast in the lobby. We got a room with a bath.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, for example, Klaipeda Old City Holiday Apartment was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. Liked the place, especially my double room.

The hotel offers a spacious and clean room with luxurious interior decor, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

There was an additional fee for spa access that was not clearly communicated, disappointing expecting complimentary amenities.

I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism from the staff, particularly when the information provided about SPA prices was inconsistent. The towels were not provided for SPA visits, and we had to return to our room to grab them. Our room had an unattractive view of a dirty courtyard, disheartening as the accommodations were cramped and lacked heating in the bathroom.

Let me just say, the staff act like it's a big surprise when you ask for spa info, and charging extra for towels is absurd. I expected a complimentary gesture for all the trouble, but obviously, those perks are for someone else. I almost praised this place, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it.

I had a fantastic night here, especially enjoying the cozy rooftop bar with great snacks and a delicious meal at the restaurant. The spa area had a wonderful sauna and soothing full body massage. The only downside was the shower could use a bit of maintenance, but it didn't take away from my overall experience 😊

The hotel is only a short walk from klaipeda old city and the lovely little mermaid sculpture.

Recommended for couples looking for comfort

The location is fantastic with a lot of nice places to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Plus, the room we had was big and super comfy with all those little extras like body lotion and sewing kits which was unexpected.

It wasn't exactly cheap but for what you get, I'd say it was still acceptable.

Can just recommend for a city escape

Friendly staff, comfortable room, great breakfast options made my stay enjoyable, especially with the additional amenities like free wi-fi and a fitness centre for a well-rounded experience as I explored the charming surroundings just 29 km from the nearest airport.

Almost perfect

Just a reliable pick for a brief retreat in Klaipeda with good value for the price. The pool area could use some cleaning, but the sauna was quite nice. Check in early to make the most of spa amenities.
